About
Jeremiah Osborne
At the age of 10, I was introduced to computer science through a robotics course, sparking my interest in software engineering using Python to program robots. Self-taught through online resources, my coding hobby evolved into a freelance business over the past 10 years, creating customized applications, mobile apps, full-stack websites, and Minecraft plugins. Proficient in Java, Python, C, C#, C++, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, I've developed various software solutions and built lasting relationships with clients and fellow developers. My education at Florida State University has further refined my skills, solidifying my career path as a software engineer.
Beyond programming, the robotics course exposed me to electronics' physical aspects. Through hands-on practice and my role as an electronics repair technician, I've deepened my understanding of electronic systems and hardware, including comprehensive software restoration for various devices. Notably, my repairs on games, consoles, and electronics contributed to PlayThenSell securing the #2 spot in eBay's used video game category.
As I transition away from freelancing, my goals are to consolidate and enhance my experience, utilizing it to collaborate with talented teams and formulate projects I'm proud to stand behind. I aim to tackle any challenge and find solutions regardless of complexity!
