We reserve the right to modify this page of terms and conditions as needed without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Service/Software Terms and Conditions

1. Terms

By purchasing any of ZotWare's public software you are agreeing that you are of the age of 18+ (or parental permission) alongside bound by these terms and conditions of use. In addition, you are agreeing to be responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, and local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download the material (software or information) obtained at point of sale on ZotWare's website, resource pages, or similar transactional locations for personal non-commercial use under the originally obtained license. This is the gran of a license, NOT a transfer of title, and under this license you may NOT:

       • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained by ZotWare (including ZotWare's website).

This license and ZotWare's association with your presence will automatically terminate if violation of these restrictions are detected/present. Upon the termination of your viewing, access, and association with the granted material, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in digital or physical form.

The materials granted by ZotWare and/or found on ZotWare's website are provided "as is". ZotWare makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims alongside negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights. Furthermore, ZotWare does NOT warrant/make any representations concerning the accuracy, results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website otherwise relating to such materials found on other sites.

4. Limitations

ZotWare will NOT be liable for any damages (including damages involving loss of data or profit resulting alongside business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the granted materials or website. Because some jurisdictions do NOT allow limitations on implied warranties, liability, or incidental damages, these limitations may NOT apply.

The materials granted by ZotWare or found on ZotWare's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ZotWare does NOT; however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Any claim relating to ZotWare's material or website shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Communication Disruption

Disruption of communications refers to the following:

       • Off-Topic Posting - Posting content in locations/sections referring to another topic.

       • Miscellaneous or Excessive quote towers - ASCII art, long links, multiple quote in a single reply, and other content that results in longer pages.

Your privacy is important to ZotWare. This policy was developed for you to understand how your data is collected, used, and communicated. The following outlines our privacy policy:

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which the information will be collected.

• We will only retain personal information for as long as the purpose is fulfilled.

User Agreement

1. ZotWare reserves the right to change, with or without notice, any of its owned material. This includes pricing, features, changes in description, etc.

2. You agree to indemnify ZotWare's staff, officers, partners, and all other parties related. By agreeing to these terms, you may NOT present any form of lawsuit or legal challenge against our members for any reason related to your purchase or not.

3. You understand that all content and material provided by ZotWare in any form is presented to be made available alongside provided to you at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and all warranties of any kind are expressly disclaimed. Depending on jurisdictions, this disclaimer may not apply to you.

4. You understand and agree that we shall NOT be liable for damages of any kind involving data loss or loss in profit.

5. By donating to ZotWare, no physical nor digital good is entitled to the donor. The donation is a donation and not a purchase. As defined, a donation is an act or instance of presenting a gift, grant, or contribution with no expectation in return. Anything received will be "as is" with no warranty or guarantee.

6. All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted regardless of what the future withholds.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, prevention, cancellation, or other forms of transactional interruptions by any means necessary to receive your funds back after payment completion are NOT permitted. ZotWare reserves the right to revoke licenses and/or accessibility to any of its material as a result to these non-permitted actions. The right for ZotWare to pursue any legal action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.
